I typically take 100 mg, occasionally increasing to 200 mg, but split doses to avoid nausea. It’s essential to note that it's not recommended for those with certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. The dreams can be vivid, but overall, the results are cumulative and very effective!

Most of my supplements are from the Now brand, and I chose this one due to ongoing feelings of depression and fatigue, coupled with sleep disturbances. It has been adversely affecting my daily life.
